CORE SKILLS
Core classes provide new investors the foundation to succeed in real estate investing and an introductions to more advanced creative real estate techniques at an affordable price.
COMPING PROPERTY & ESTIMATING REPAIRS
These are the two most critical skills you must develop as an investor. You can never fully delegate understanding the value of a property and the cost to repair it. If you can accurately determine the value of a property and know how much it will cost to repair it, you will know how much you can pay for the property and make your desired profit.

MARKETING
Generating leads is important to your acquisition strategy. This class covers low-cost ways to market and generate leads for Fix & Flip, rental or wholesale opportunities. 2 Hours.
NEGOTIATIONS
Developing your negotiation skills is critical to your success. This class teaches effective negotiation techniques to help you secure profitable deals.
2 Hours.
CONTRACTS
Knowing which contracts to use in your investing, and making sure the ones you have are usable and reliable, are important to all of your real estate transactions and can help you make offers with confidence. 2 hours
WHERE'S THE MONEY
There are multiple sources to get money for your deals, and multiple ways to return that money. This class has real examples on how those sources can be used in today’s real estate transactions. 2 hours
STRATEGY & ADVANCED TRAINING
These classes usually last a full day or longer and are provided by educators outside of AZREIA. Advanced in nature they are focused on a specific investing strategy, unique market opportunities or creative techniques. Classes vary throughout the year and may include:
