Kim Dorney is the sixth Housing Director for the City of Phoenix. She manages a staff of 170 employees and oversees a budget of $140 million. The city’s Housing department owns more than 2,500 public and other assisted rental housing units and facilitates more than 5,000 housing choice vouchers. The department is also responsible for the housing development and loan programs to create affordable rental, ownership and special needs housing opportunities. Dorney began her career with the city of Phoenix 25 years ago and has been in the Housing Department since July 2004. She has previously worked in the Neighborhood Services and Community and Economic Development departments. Dorney holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of the Pacific and a Master’s degree in Public Administration from Indiana University.

investments since 2001. He has experience in
wholesaling, fix & flip, probate, pre-foreclosure and several other types of investments. Tim is currently the Managing Member of
Accord Properties, LLC. He has successfully purchased and sold
over $5 million dollars of residential real estate. In the past, he was
part owner of a HomeVestors “We Buy Ugly Houses” franchise.

roy Funk started in real estate when he was only 18
years old. After he became a licensed Realtor, Troy
quickly figured out that he wanted to be an investor/wholesaler. In 2003, he started CutNdeals.com. The business quickly grew to be one of the industry leaders in the Arizona wholesale real estate
market. Troy has bought and sold thousands of homes in the past
11 years. He is the co-founder of NAOREW (National Association
of Real Estate Wholesalers). All of Troy’s companies are members of the Better Business Bureau.

Stuart was born and raised in Chicago , IL . After attending pharmacy school in St. Louis he migrated to Arizona to get away from cold Midwest winters. Stuart sold his independent pharmacies in 1998. Presently, they invest full-time in the Valley's real estate market. They own 15 single-family residences, commercial property in the East Valley, a 10-acre ranch in Cave Creek, and a 32-acre parcel in north Scottsdale. Stuart enjoys teaching for AZREIA and National Real Estate Education Services, playing softball, and spending time with his children Joey , Sydni, and Bayli.

Bob Gomez was in technology sales and management
over 20 years. He has been investing in Real
Estate for over 11 years. He has bought and sold million dollar
spec homes in Scottsdale and 100’s of single-family residences in
the Phoenix market place. Bob is also a licensed Real Estate Agent
in Arizona. Bob originally started doing fix and flip properties
with his business partner Dave Jacobs. They began by purchasing foreclosure properties, managed a crew for rehabbing, and sold them retail for profit.

The President of Williams & Associates, Mike Williams, began his career as a senior staff and legislative assistant to United States Senator John McCain. He handled issues ranging from aviation affairs to public land trades. He also served as Senator McCain’s liaison to all elected officials in the State of Arizona. This experience provided Mr. Williams with a large political base that he has effectively used to assist clients as well as candidates running for statewide or district office. In particular, Mr. Williams has served in a number of election campaigns including those for the Governor, Senate President, Senate Majority Leader, Speaker of the House and House Majority Leader. In 1991, Mr. Williams was recruited by the Arizona Attorney General to form and direct an intergovernmental and legislative liaison division for the Attorney General’s office. He served as the director of this division for two years acting as the liaison to more than 2,000 trade associations, Arizona businesses and the Arizona State Legislature. In 1993, Mr. Williams accepted a position with the Phoenix and Milwaukee law firm of Quarles & Brady. While there, he served clients as a government and legislative relations advisor. He represented and assisted clients including Ryder Truck Rental, MCO properties, the Plumbing Industry and Education Trust, Maryatt Industries, Honeywell, Miller Brewing and the Motion Picture Association. Mr. Williams served Quarles & Brady until forming the firm of Williams & Associates. Mr. Williams attended Arizona State University where he received his B.S. in political science with a minor in economics. He has lived in Arizona for more than 20 years.
