Arizona Attorney General, Terry Goddard

The real estate investing industry and the industries that interact with investors have suffered through some tough times. Fraud and scams infiltrated these industries that are still playing out in today’s market. Mortgage fraud, house stripping and equity stripping are front page issues in our papers and on-line. Attorney General Goddard will tell you where Arizona stands on all these issues, what is being done to prosecute offenders and how Arizona is preventing reoccurrences. Mr. Goddard will also take your questions.

Delving into market segment analysis by price range and submarket will help you to better understand what the opportunity is and where it exist. The real estate investing market is at a feverish pace. Right now is considered one of the best opportunities in decades to acquire residential property at substantial discounts. In turn these discounts can be turned into immediate income by rehabbing the property and selling at close to retail or renting the property for cash flow and locking in future appreciation.

 

As an investor you need to know what is working and how to participate to get your hands on one or more of these great deals. Commercial Property Investing Panel

Commercial is different from residential, so we have a panel discussion dedicated to this market. Treasure Martin will share the outcomes of the budget passed just a few weeks ago and what it means to Arizona’s economic recovery. This presentation will focus on the impact of the budget and Arizona cash flow. Real estate investors will be able to use this information to determine the impact on the underlying Arizona economic recovery and factor how it may affect their real estate investing. Treasure Martin will take your questions, as well.
