Sponsorship Deadline Date: Friday, March 2, 2008

All Sponsors:

Company ad must be sent via e-mail in a pdf, tif, or jpg format to the AZREIA conference office by February 28, 2008.  Ads not received in the proper format or by the deadline date will not be included in the conference magazine or the Apr/May issue of Personal Real Estate Investor magazine. Company logo must be submitted via e-mail to the AZREIA conference office in a jpg or eps format within 1 week of signed sponsorship agreement and payment.  

• Official & Supporting Sponsors Only:

Company profile must be sent via e-mail in a word document to the AZREIA conference office by February 28, 2008.

• Official & Track Sponsors Only:

Company presentations must be submitted via email to the AZREIA conference office for approval by April 30, 2008.

Company promotional pieces must be submitted to the AZREIA conference office for approval by April 30, 2008.

• Education Track Sponsors Only:

Company must provide banner and labor/equipment to hang banner in Education Tracks.  AZREIA is not responsible for any damages that occur at Phoenix Convention Center, nor any expenses incurred. Only two sponsors per education track category will be assigned. Sponsors will be awarded a track category on a first come basis.

 

Exhibitors

 Exhibitor Deadline Date: Friday, May 4, 2008

• Payment – Full payment is due when exhibit space is requested.  The only acceptable forms of payment are credit card, check, money order or cashiers check made payable to AZREIA.
• Booth Specifications – Each 10’ x 10’ exhibit booth includes 1 ea. 6’ draped table, 2 chairs, 1 wastebasket, 4 exhibitor badges, 1 ea. 7” x 44” booth identification sign, 8’ high back draping and 3’ high side draping. 
• Exhibitor Move-In – Exhibitors must set up their exhibit space on Friday, May 18, 2008 from 12:00 – 4:00.  No exceptions.
• Exhibit Booth Assignments – Booths are assigned by conference management on a first come, first served basis.
• Labor – Exhibitors are responsible for providing or arranging all necessary labor.
• Exhibit Staffing – All exhibits must be staffed during show hours by at least one person.

General Information

• Payment: Full payment is due when registration form is faxed or mailed.  If full payment is not received with agreement, AZREIA is not bound to honor sponsor/exhibitor privileges.  The only acceptable forms of payment are credit card, check, money order or cashiers check, made payable to AZREIA. 
• Non Guarantee: AZREIA shall remain free of harm due to lack of attendance, exclusive privileges or sponsor/exhibitor success.
• Failure to Perform: Should the sponsor/exhibitor fail to observe any of the terms of the agreement or any of the rules set forth by AZREIA, he or she may be prevented from further participation therein.  If sponsor/exhibitor is in attendance at conference, AZREIA shall not be responsible for any financial loss arising out of sponsor/exhibitor’s use of Phoenix Convention Center, including power interruptions, utility failures, terrorism, bomb threats or undue “acts of God” (i.e., flood, fire, earthquake, etc.)
• Cancellation of the 4th Annual Real Estate Investors and Landlords Conference and Expo: AZREIA shall not be responsible to sponsor/exhibitor for any financial loss arising out of cancellation of all or part of the conference due to power interruptions, utility failures, terrorism, bomb threats, or undue “acts of God” (i.e., flood, fire, earthquake, etc.)  Monies received shall not be refunded and shall be used towards the 4th Annual Real Estate Investors and Landlords Conference and Expo.
• Booth Sharing: Booth sharing is not allowed.
• AZREIA reserves the right to refuse participation to any company, group or individual.
• Subject to Change: Information included in this packet is subject to change, without prior sponsor/exhibitor consent or knowledge.
