Getting Started - The Fundamentals

Understanding the basics is the first step to building a solid foundation for your real estate investing. The knowledge you gain through these classes will be carried with you throughout your investing. Other education will be easier for you to understand and retain. Completing one of the following classes or "testing-out" is a prerequisite to enrolling in any of the Intermediate Specialized Seminars, but it serves another purpose, as well.

Teaching the fundamentals in a separate class allows us to address a key aspect of maximizing the learning experience in our Intermediate Specialized Seminars. Since many of our students take more than one class you now don't have to be bored while the instructor teaches or reviews the basics in every class. Our intermediate seminars start right in with the meat of the content. This allow for the material to be taught in a shorter time at less cost which is passed on to you in lower class fees.
