Objective: A hands-on class where you will actually complete all the paperwork to establish your own Arizona Limited Liability Company (LLC) with the guidance of Richard Keyt, Attorney at Law. All fees are included in the cost of the class.

III. Filing of Completed Articles with the Arizona Corporation Commission (Fees Included)

IV. Publishing of Articles in Local Newspaper (Fees Included)

V. Copy of Filed Articles to Use to Open Your LLC Bank Account

Bonus: Basics of Integrating Your LLC into Your Estate and Succession Planning (time permitting)

If your name is rejected during the filing procedure, there may be an additional charge for re-filing your Articles.
