My husband and I bought three rental properties knowing that they are good investments from a lot of reading and research. 

The management of them was almost an afterthought.  

So I “made do” as I could, borrowing forms from friends, finding what I could, making it up as I went along, getting advice from our accountant and attorney. 

I could never find any resource material that was appropriate or specific to my needs.  Your seminar was right on target and made me feel more educational, professional, and prepared.
