New Investor Real Estate Knowledge Test.

This test serves a dual purpose in AZREIA.

  • Provides a key component to our for the new investor.
  • For the new investor who doesn't want to participate in the Start Here! Program the test provides a way to test-out of the Getting Started Prerequisite.

 

This multiple choice test is designed to test your understanding of the fundamentals of real estate investing. It is broad is scope and covers the following areas:
  • Investor Strategies
  • Causes of Distress
  • Finding Sellers
  • Legal terms
  • Pre-foreclosure, Trustee Sale and REO
  • Short Sales
  • Wholesaling
  • Legal Precautions
  • Financing
  • Passive Investing
  • Team Building
  • Tools

 

A passing grade is required. The test is graded on the following scale of correct answers:

27-30

 Review missed questions.

24-26

 Study areas of missed questions.

21-23

 Study areas of missed questions. Give serious consideration to taking the Furious Fundamentals
Less than 21 correct You must complete either the Furious Fundamentals or Fast Start to Success class.
   
 

There is no charge for the test. To complete the test:

  1. Download the test. Click Here.
  2. Print the test.
  3. Complete your contact information at the top of the test.
  4. Indicate if your are a Start Here! Program participant or testing-out.
  5. Complete the test by circling an answer for each question.
  6. Fax completed test to the AZREIA office at 480-990-7017.
