Objective:
To teach the novice investor or agent the basic steps to serve as a residential landlord, or the landlord’s property manager. The student will learn how to select tenants, collect rent, manage the tenants and the property, in a cost effective manner. The student will also learn the fundamentals of record keeping, and forms commonly used. This is an introductory level course. This course assumes that the owner has already purchased, and owns, the property to be managed.
