Legislative Activity Summary
Fair Housing and Landlord Law
&
Premises Liability
One of our most important meetings of the year and one that is always highly anticipated by our members is the one that covers new landlord tenant laws, fair housing and premises liability. I can pretty much guarantee you will learn many things you don’t know, understand many things you misunderstand and be thankful that you came because you will no doubt take action on what is covered in these two very important sessions.
Phoenix Main Meeting– Fair Housing and Landlord Law

Denny Dobbins, an entertaining national acclaimed speaker, Vice Executive Director of the International Crime Free Association and local Landlord Attorney will keep you in stitches as you learn how to use the law to protect yourself and your residents. Also, you will receive hands on techniques to use the Arizona Residential Landlord and Tenant Act to avoid problem residents that may want to sue you. It is an open question and answer session that will go back and forth on the topics, concentrating on how to address current challenges with current law.
