When you join, you will be able to choose from the following Membership Plans:
Investor Member
Join AZREIA under this plan for an individual investor membership or if your spouse or additional family member(s), living at the same address, is joining now or may join in the future. Your initial first year membership dues are $179. Your annual renewal dues are $149. Family member dues joining under your membership are $50 each year. Membership renews one year from the date you join.
Investor Member w/ Business Partner Option
Join AZREIA under this plan if you have investor partners that will be joining with you. Your initial first year membership dues are $179. Your annual renewal is $149. Up to four legitimate investor partners may join under your membership for $99 each per year. Membership renews one year from the date you join.
Guest/Future Member
Register to receive your free copy of the AZREIA Advantage monthly newsletter for 90 days and to receive updates about upcoming AZREIA meetings, education classes and events. You are welcome to attend AZREIA meetings, classes and networking functions for the published Guest Fee. There is no charge to register as a Guest/Future Member.
