Welcome to AZREIA’s Start Here! Program for experienced investors. First of all, congratulations on your success as a real estate investor. At AZREIA, we hope we will be able to assist you in becoming more successful and achieving you ultimate goals.
We have designed a program for you that recognizes you have some experience, but we have found over the years that is may help to revisit a couple of the activities. There are many different levels of experienced real estate investors. We are confident you will find items and activities in our program that will help you, regardless of your experience level.

This test servers a dual purpose in AZREIA
- Provides a key component to our Start Here! Program for new investor.
- Fort the new investor who doesn’t want to participate in the Start Here! Program the test provides a way to test-out of the Getting Started Prerequisite.
This multiple choice test is designed to test your understanding of the fundamentals of real estate investing. It is broad in scope and covers the following areas:
- Investor Strategies
- Causes of Distress
- Finding Sellers
- Legal terms
- Pre-foreclosure, Trustee Sale and REO
- Short Sales
- Wholesaling
- Legal Precautions
- Financing
- Passive Investing
- Team Building
- Tools
A passing grade is required. The test is graded on the following scale of correct answers.
27-30 — Review Missed questions
24-26 — Study areas of missed questions.
21-23 — Study areas of missed questions. Give serious consideration to taking the Furious Fundamentals.
Less Than 21 — You must complete either Furious Fundamentals of Fast Start to Success class.
There is no charge for the test. To complete the test:

- Indicate if your are a Start Here! Program participant or testing-out.
- Complete the test by circling an answer fro each question.
